Our Paid Intern Leadership Development Program is a flagship initiative of the HBCU CN designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders from HBCUs. Through this immersive, hands-on program, students gain real-world experience in key public health issue areas while developing the leadership, research, and communication skills they need to drive change in their communities and beyond.
